Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NDO Squad. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. Who can use NDO Squad

You must be at least 13 years old, or have your parent or guardian’s permission, to use NDO Squad. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. A parent or guardian who allows a child to use the app is responsible for that child’s use and agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf.

2. Your account

You sign in through Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Teams are joined using invite codes — don’t share codes with people who shouldn’t have access to your team.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is sexually explicit, violent, harassing, hateful, or unlawful;
  • Impersonate anyone, or harass, bully, or threaten teammates;
  • Attempt to access data or teams you are not a member of, or probe or disrupt the service;
  • Use the app for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial workout tracking with your team.

We scan uploaded images for inappropriate content and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create — your workouts, photos, and comments. By posting, you grant us permission to store and display that content to members of your team(s) so the app can function. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Health disclaimer

NDO Squad is a fitness-tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. You perform all activities and use the app at your own risk.

6. The service is provided “as is”

We provide the app “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@ndosquad.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
